Which arbitration proceedings are financed by Liti-Link AG?
Eligible for financing includes for example national and international commercial arbitration proceedings. Prerequisite for such proceedings is:
- Proceedings are conducted by one of the recognized international arbitration organizations such as ICC, LCIA or ICSID.
- Proceedings are conducted either on the basis of the laws of one of the legal systems mentioned on the page ‘court proceedings’ or on the basis of a corresponding inter-governmental agreement.
- Proceedings are conducted against a respondent whose assets are dealt with in a branch of law which permits an uncomplicated and unbiased enforcement of the assigned claims.
