Which arbitration proceedings does Liti-Link finance?

Liti-Link assumes the financing of national and international commercial arbitration proceedings, provided certain conditions are met. The aim is to support companies and law firms in the efficient enforcement of justified claims - even outside of state jurisdiction.

Eligible for funding are procedures that:

• before recognised international arbitration institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, ICSID or comparable institutions,
• are based on the law of a country that is also mentioned under Legal proceedings or are based on a relevant intergovernmental agreement,
• are directed against parties whose assets are located in a country that guarantees reliable, transparent and impartial enforcement.

Whether national or cross-border disputes - we will examine your request for legal cost financing free of charge and, if our assessment is favourable, we will assume all costs in connection with the proceedings.
